Michael Altieri, CCIM Associate Broker
Mr. Altieri has over 17 years of experience in real estate at all levels including Brokerage, Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management, as well as Mortgage Brokerage, Multi-Family Leasing/Management and Project Management. He has completed over $50 Million in leasing and sales transactions in his career and is a CCIM designee since 2014. Michael joined HREA in 2021 and was previously a medical investment sales Director at Sands Investment Group where he focused on listing and buying medical assets nationwide. Prior to SIG Michael worked on the Urban Retail Portfolio at Newmark in the New York office. Michael worked directly with developers throughout the country to execute on a leasing platform to bring a curated, high street level retail mix to new town centers and mixed-use developments. Michael also spent over 6 years at NAI Southern Real Estate in Charlotte, NC where he was worked as a Landlord Leasing representative on numerous medical office assets in the Charlotte Market.
Michael also onboarded regional property management and leasing business while specializing on management and operation of medical, office and retail portfolios. While working as a Property Manager at Lincoln Harris he managed properties for large investment funds and Fortune 500 companies including: ING Clarion Partners, Prudential and RREEF (Deutsche Bank Asset Management), as well as TIC owners, small corporations and individual investor/owners. Michael consulted The City of Kannapolis as Asset Manager of over 740,000sf downtown portfolio from Sep ’15 – Oct ’17. He excels in building a tailored approach to each property to accomplish the owner’s goals. Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Michael has also worked in multi-family leasing and management with Camden Realty Trust and has experience in mortgage lending and residential real estate sales. Originally from Northern California, Mr. Altieri attended Wake Forest University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2003 and was a leading member of the All-Academic ACC Track and Cross-Country Team. |
